Not only did we win our league championship but each player “Honored the Game.” It was the best of what a Double- Goal coach wants. Winning a championship on and off the court. ~ Pedro Morales, Director or Athletics and Head Basketball coach, Saint David’s School, New York, NY * * * Thanks, PCA, for making this one of our best seasons yet! ~ Coach, Sun Creek Little League * * * "Through our PCA partnership, we were able to decrease season ejections by 90% and increase team morale so much that player enrollment increased over 20%...can you help us find more fields?" ~ Charley Daly, Pleasant Hill Baseball Location: University School of Milwaukee Mellowes Hall 2400 W. MAYLA Girls Youth Meeting For anyone with any interest in helping form Girls Youth Lacrosse in your area, please attend the MAYLA Girls Youth Meeting on Tues., August 9, 2011, 6:30 at Brookfield Indoor Soccer Complex! There are quite a few areas within MAYLA that have committed parents and youth athletes looking to add girls youth programs! Please forward this or share with anyone you know with interest in playing, helping organize, coaching or officiating! Youth Director Jeannine Chatham, who has extensive background in girls lax, (especially given that she hails from Maryland!), will be sharing information on starting up a new program! Jeannine organized the Lake Country Youth Lacrosse Club Girls program this past spring and had 50 players that competed with the MALA girls programs. If there are enough new programs for 2012, there could be a schedule within MAYLA itself and then perhaps several round-robin play days with the Madison area girls.
